11th JPSC 2023: notification out
The last JPSC exam took place in 2021-2022. We have observed that JPSC is inconsistent in conducting civil services exams. After a long wait, finally, the good time has come and aspirants will soon appear in the civils exam. Jharkhand Public Service Commission has released advertisement regarding Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Examination 2023. In advertisement number 01/2024 JPSC has invited application for total 342 seats. Out of 342 seats 207 seats are for administrative post. Revenue services has second highest number of vacancies of 56 seats. And, police services have the third highest number of vacancies for 35 posts.
JPSC PT 2023: exam date
Jharkhand Public Service Commission has released a preliminary test date for the 2023 civil services exam. Though the civil services exam was due in 2023, but now it seems to start in 2024. On 17th March 2024, the Jharkhand Public Service Commission will conduct the JPSC PT 2023 exam. The remaining period for the exam is very less. There are only 50 days between the date of release of notification and the exam. So, all the aspirants should speed up their preparation. One should give equal weightage to both papers.
JPSC 2023: Age criteria
The commission will consider 1st August 2024 as the base for the calculation of the minimum age for eligibility. Whereas, 1st August 2017 will be considered as the base for the calculation of maximum age. In general, a candidate should have completed the minimum age of 21 years. The upper age limit for the unreserved category is 35 years. Check the chart below for detailed age criteria.
JPSC 2023 exam: Number of attempts and date of filling application form.
According to the advertisement released by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission, there shall be no limitation on the number of attempts, if a candidate is eligible otherwise. Also, JPSC has asked aspirants to online submit the JPSC 2023 exam application form. Click here to fill the form. Aspirants must fill their application form between 1st february 2024 to 29th february 2024. Aspirants are requested to fill their form as soon as possible. Since, delay in form filling may fill your home center. Therefore, you may have to travel far for exam.
JPSC 2023 exam: syllabus and pattern.
The syllabus and pattern are unchanged. There is no change in the syllabus and pattern of preliminary test as well as the mains exam.
